Who is Amith shah and her family and biography

Amit Shah is a prominent Indian politician and the current Union Home Minister of India. He was born on October 22, 1964, in Mumbai, India. He belongs to a wealthy Gujarati family with business interests in PVC pipes, chemicals, and real estate.

Shah started his political career as a member of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), the student wing of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), a Hindu nationalist organization. He later became associated with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the political wing of the RSS, and rose through the ranks to become one of its key leaders.

Shah's political career took off when he successfully managed the BJP's campaign in the state of Gujarat for the 2002 assembly elections. He later became the president of the BJP's Gujarat unit in 2006 and played a key role in the party's victories in the state. In 2014, he was appointed the national president of the BJP and led the party to a historic victory in the 2014 general elections.

Shah has been a member of the Indian parliament since 2017 and was appointed as the Union Home Minister of India in 2019. He is known for his strong and controversial views on issues such as nationalism, religious conversion, and illegal immigration. He is also credited with the BJP's success in expanding its political base beyond its traditional strongholds in northern India.

As for his family, Amit Shah is married to Sonal Shah and has a son, Jay Shah, who is also involved in the family business and the administration of Indian cricket.
